Product Description

RBYLBelt filter press is a sewage treatment device which can continuously press large amounts of sludge. 
By using high strength material, the device is characterized in large treating capacity, high dewatering efficiency and long service life. The high quality belt and long life bearing ensure the device's performance and quality and make it widely used in the sewage treating industries.

Working Principle

1. )The slurry passes through the conveyor, transported to the hopper of the RBYL.
2. ) Evenly laid it on the filter belt through the auger.
3. ) The sludge layer with the operation of the equipment, so that the thickness of the material is completely uniform.
4. ) 4. The sludge are completely clamped by two ring-shaped filter belts ,  and the driving roller squeeze it hard. So it can press out a large amount of water from the dewatering zone.
5. )According to the characteristics of the slurry, the extrusion force is automatically adjusted to meet the customer's requirements for material moisture.
