YW series Dissolved Air Flotation is mainly for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. Large sum of micro bubbles produced by dissolving and releasing system adhere to solid or liquid particles with same density as waste water to make the whole float to the surface thus achieve the aim of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.

Product Performance:
1.The DAF machine relies on a large number of micro-bubbles to remove the flocculation of the adhesion reaction,so the flocculayion requirements are not high ,which can reduce the flocculation time and save the flocculation agent.
2.High yield per unit area,small pool capacity and floor area,saving land and cost.
3.Convenient sludge discharge ,low water consumption;low moisture content of sludge.
4.Shallow tank body depth ,simple tank structure .The machine can be opened and stopped at any time according to the situation and the actual needs,without affecting the water quality ,easy operation and maintenance.
Applications:
1.Separation of oily(including emulsified) wastewater from petroleum, chemical and mechanical processes.
2.Recovery of sewage organic matter.(such as recovery of pulp fibers and fillers from paper mill wastewater).
3.Treatment of wastewater with high chroma and low dissolved oxygen.Such as textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment .
4.Treatment of oxide-rich wastewater containing algae.
5.Treatment of low temperature and low turbidity sewage.
6.Replace secondary sedimentation tank, suitable for the situation that is easy to produce sludge swelling;It is suitable for the concentration of residual activated sludge and convenient for the treatment of filter press.
Working Principle:
Pollutants in wastewater can be divided into soluble organic matter and the solubility substance (SS) ,soluble organic matter under certain conditions,can be converted into a soluble substance ,one method sewage treatment is to join coagulants and flocculants to make most of soluble organic matter convert to the soluble substance ,then remove all or most of the soluble substance (SS) removal in order to achieve the purpose of the sewage treatment ,and the main method of removing SS is air flotation method.After the chemical reaction,the wastewater enters the mixing zone,which is mixed with the dissolved air water after releasing ,so that the flocs adhere to the tiny bubbles and then enter the air floating zone.The flocs would form floating scum, the under clean water would flow into the clean water tank ,a part of water reflux as dissolved air water ,the other part of water overflows through overflow hole .When the scum on the water surface of the air float is accumulated to a certain thickness,it is discharged from the sludge tank by the scraper.
