Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is one of the most important and effective process in the treatment of all types of water -industrial and urban wastewater treatment, water processing and water reuse of processes.
Used in Corresponding  water quality as follow :
high SS, and  the specific gravity of suspended solids or contaminants is generally slight greater than water,
like: oil and Fats, Food Industry effluents with high solids concentration,
Sludge Thickening, Galvanizing Electro, Pharmaceutical ,  Leather Industry, etc.

Working principle
1.Dissolved air flotation is based on a Physics-chemical process which separates solid-liquid particles by the addition of very small air bubbles.These bubbles stick on solid particles and give them a high rate of ascent.Once in the surface, the solids and sludge are pulled mechanically to the hopper.
2.Finally, in the surface of the flotation unit a scraper system pulls the generated sludge to the hopper for collecting it and the clarified water is discharged in a spillway on the opposite side.
3.In the meanwhile, heavier particles that could not reach a lower density than water are kept in the sedimentation chamber to be recirculated at the beginning of the water treatment line to receive the appropriate treatment.

Dissolved air flotation gives a rate of ascent 5 times higher than settling speed in a conventional settling tank, thereby saving time and space.

3.In desalination -in which the development of fiber glass is starting to consolidate as construction material- it  works to protect the membranes from the presence of algae in the water too.
4.Furthermore it can be installed at the top of the sludge treatment line as sludge thickener to reduce the volume.

  A:  Our factory is located in No.1501, Zhucheng city, Shandong Province, China. It is about 2 hours from Qingdao airport. We can pick you up if you need, welcome to visit our factory.
3.Q: Do you have  minimum order quantity request?
  A: No minimum order, but it can get a discount if you order a large quantity.

  A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

  A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
9. Q: How to pack the products?
  A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
10. Q: How to keep your equipment from corrosion? 
    A: We use the world-famous paint, like SigmaCoatings, PainBow,etc. What's more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.
11. Q: How do you manufacture your equipment?
    A: Our machining technology includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.
