YW series dissolved air floatation machine is mainly used for solid-liquid separation or liquid-liquid separation. A large amount of fine air bubbles are generated in the water through the dissolved air and release system, so that it adheres to the solid or liquid particles in the waste water with a density close to that of the water, causing the overall density plate to be smaller than the water, and relying on buoyancy to make it rise to the water surface So as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation or liquid-liquid separation
Feature
1. Design capacity: 4-300 m³ / h.
2. High rate clarifier for high SS water (light particles, oil and colloid).
3. Completely (100%) manufactured in the factory, no need for secondary welding. The assembly cost for 2 people is 3 hours.
4. Indoor or outdoor layout (ambient temperature should exceed 0ºC).
5. Suitable for automatic and continuous operation.
6. Design life: carbon steel material:> 10 years;
304 stainless steel material:> 20 years.
316 stainless steel material:> 25 years.

4.Act as secondary sedimentation tank to separate and concentrate suspended particles and sludge.
