Product Description

DAF air flotation machine is mainly used for separation and removal of fine suspended solids of which the density is close to that of water. The air flotation method is a water purification method by which the water generated by dissolved-air system is released into water after rapid reduction of pressure to produce a lot of fine bubbles. 




Some bubbles are adhered to the surface of flocculated impurity particles in the water to form some suspended solids with a total density of less than 1. The buoyancy makes them rise till the surface of water and separate solid from liquid. 
The efficient superficial air flotation machine is designed on the basis of conventional air flotation theory and successfully using "superficial theory" and "zero speed" principle. It integrates cohesion, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation and sludge scraping. It's an efficient water purification equipment.
