To better serve our customers, we delivered a kind of small size incinerator that was capable of handling all types of waste material - so one machine could safely incinerate household waste from the hospital and waste from the surgical process.

Direction for use
Waste incineration includes the following:
Infectious waste: blood and bodily fluids ,bacterias and stocks of infectious agents from laboratory work , or waste from patients in isolation wards . Pathological waste: human tissues, organs or fluids, and contaminated animal carcasses;
Sharps: syringes, needles, disposable scalpels and blades, etc.;
Chemicals: for example solvents used for laboratory preparations, disinfectants, and heavy metals contained in medical devices
Pharmaceuticals: expired, and contaminated drugs and vaccines
Description of application effect
Our standard incinerator range is designed in a way that all exhaust gas has to pass through a secondary burner for complete re-burn of harmful gas components. Exhaust gases are then retained for a period of time at a high temperature (850 - 1200°C, depending on the application). This is what we call 'Basic' pollution control.
Dioxins, furans and similar gaseous components are only destroyed by :
Homogeneous high temperature (> 850°C)
Excess of oxygen (>6 %)Sufficient residence time at high temperature
