MBR Membrane Water Purifier Water Filter Sewage Treatment Plant
MBR is a kind of new technology for waste water treatment by combining membrane separation technique with activated sludge method. It can be used for municipal sewage and industrial waste water treatment and substitute for secondary sedimentation tank in removing suspended particles, so as to increase nitrogen removal rate and organics degradation rate.
As a waste water treatment system features simple operation, high automation and modular design, it also has below advantages:

2) Relative high MLSS value(<15g/L)and long residue time for sludge(<60days).

The device should work together with the regulating tank, the civil work includes regulating tank and clean water tank.The complete equipment includes anaerobic tank (hydrolysis acidification tank), aerobic tank, MBR tank, clean water tank (disinfection tank), and air blower, etc.

The follows are the function and working principle of each tank:
1. Regulating tank, which is used to regulate the various water quality, is usually built by reinforced concrete, the water storage capacity is 8~10 times as the discharge of sewage (note: the effective volume of tank).
The civil work drawing is provided by our technical department, the
regulating tank is built by the user. Grille, which is placed in the entrance of regulating tank, is used to intercept the big suspended matters and waste.
2. Anaerobic tank (hydrolysis acidification tank), it is filled
with elastic fillings which are easy to form membrane and no blocking.
The sewage in regulating tank is pumped into the anaerobic tank, the effective microbes can eliminate the organics and inorganic SS by the function of nitration and denitrification.
3.Aerobic tank, the water in anaerobic tank flows into the aerobic tank, with the pressure operation and strong suspended biologic fillings, pressured aeration make the oxygen dissolved in the water, the aerobic microbes greatly reproduced after 15~45 days' cultivation and remove the rest organics and undissolved inorganic SS, at the same time, it can remove phosphorus and parts of sludge, no sludge expansion.
4.MBR tank, the water after treatment of aerobic tank is filtered by pump through membrane. The activated sludge and large molecular organic materials of biochemical reaction tank are intercepted with membrane ,instead of secondary sedimentation tank.Thus the concentration of activated sludge is greatly increased, and the hydraulic retention time and sludge retention time can be controlled separately, while the refractory substances are continuously reacted and degraded in the reactor.
5.Clean water tank (disinfection tank), after solid and liquid separation,
the clean water flows into the disinfection tank, and then disinfect the
water by chlorine dioxide generator or sodium hypochlorite generator, (Disinfection tank is not indispensable, it is designed based on the situation of sewage.)
