Product Description

Mechanical filters are also called pressure filters. It is an important part of the pre-processing and water purification system for pure water preparation. Made of steel rubber or stainless steel, it is divided into natural quartz sand filter,  activated carbon filter and filber ball filter etc according to different filter media. It can be divided into single-flow filter according to the water inlet method. Double-flow filter, according to the actual situation can be used in conjunction can also be used alone.

Techinical Specification

There are two ways for water inlet:Single-layer filter is suitable for water with turbidity over 100mg/l, raw water that hasn't been coagulation-precipitated (reduce filter speed or circulating period for water with higher turbidity), add coagulant before water flows into this filter; Multi-layer filter is suitable for precipitated water with turbidity between 15-20mg/l.Filtering media are quartz filter, active carbon filter and fiber ball filter etc.

 

 

Application

1.Water after being treated by this machine can meet the requirement of drinking water standard with turbidity less than 5mg/l.
2.Filtering layer in pressure filter helps cleanse water by removing suspended particles, coagulum, sand, iron, Mn. and colloidal particles that is difficult to be eliminated by ways of precipitation.
3.Suspended particles and solids in industrial waste water can also be well removed.

A:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A:We use standard package.If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.

11.Q:How do you manufacture your equipment ?
